What’s your photography style?

Our style focuses on creating timeless pictures that convey the intimate, natural feelings between you and your partner. Every candid moment captured keeps us fueled as passionate storytellers!

Do you meet us beforehand?

For most photoshoots, we love to have a friendly catch up session with you for us to better understand your needs and preferences.

How far in advance should our appointment/reservation be?

For Proposal, Engagement and Wedding sessions, it’s best to book at least several months before your big day.

For Family and Branding Portraits, we should be available anywhere from a month to several weeks before the photoshoot day. However, it’s best to schedule these sessions on weekdays as most of these locations might be crowded on weekends.

All photoshoots still depend on our availability but we promise to try our best to accommodate!

How do we contact you for an appointment?

Please fill in our contact form, and we’ll be in touch! You may find it here.

How long will it take for us to receive the final product?

We’ll do our best to provide you with the photos as soon as possible. As passionate storytellers, we are looking at delivering high-quality work within 5 weeks of the photoshoot.

How long will you keep the image files?

An online gallery will be provided for our clients for 3 months. On top of that, your photos will be kept safely with us for 1 year.

What are your Prices and Packages?

Feel free to contact us for the latest offers!

Do you shoot video as well?

Yes, we do have videographers under our team.

Will you be editing all the photos?

Yes, all photos will be edited with the most suitable colour and tone. And, we’ll only deliver photos with the highest resolution and quality to you.

Do you also offer Photo Albums?

Yes! We believe that every moment of your story should be made into a personal album that you and your loved ones can cherish for a lifetime. Feel free to contact us for pricing and more details.

How long will the photoshoot take?

For the Proposal Photoshoot, the photo session may include the preparation of the proposal, to the moment he kneels down to propose and the post-proposal portraits session. We offer up to 5 hours of coverage for the proposal photoshoot. If you would like to extend the duration, feel free to talk to us, so we can plan ahead and make it the best proposal for you!

For the Engagement Photoshoot, the duration depends on how many sessions you choose. A full day session covers up to 8 hours of photo shooting. Similar to the Proposal Photoshoot, just get in touch with us if you would like more time!

How do we pick the location for the Proposal or Engagement?

If you already have a place in mind, great! Just let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen! If you’re still not sure where to pick, we’ll suggest a few ideal places based on your preferences.

Do you mind traveling to our preferred places for the photoshoot?

It’ll be our pleasure! We love to travel and offer destination photoshoots whether it’s a proposal, engagement or wedding. Talk to us and we can start planning your journey!

Do you provide make-up services or gown rentals for the Engagement Photoshoot?

Some of our engagement packages include make-up, but it’s up to you whether you want to have your own make-up artist at the photoshoot. We do not provide gown rental services, but we can put you in touch with our friends who provide gown rentals.

What do my partner and I need to prepare for the photoshoot?

For the Proposal, a nice outfit is important! After all, it’s one of the most important days of your life. If it’s a surprise proposal, try dropping some hints for your partner to dress up – unless you’re planning for a themed proposal like a pyjama party!

As for the props, we have all kinds of different props that you can use to make your proposal dreamier like the perfect fairytale story. Just tell us your plan and we can give you tips on what to wear, the ideal location and props to use, whether it’s a local proposal in Malaysia or an overseas proposal!

For the Engagement photoshoot, we’ll go over what kind of style or theme you want, then decide on the outfits that will fit your style and chosen location.

What happens if there's bad weather?

We’ll try our best to be prepared for any unforeseen circumstances, but unfortunately, we can’t control the weather. :( If weather conditions are really bad, we will have to postpone the photoshoot to our next available date.

Do we need to meet up before our wedding day?

Yes! We want to get to know you better and get a feel of your chemistry to capture the most out of your wedding day. This way, we both know what to expect on the big day!

Are you familiar with local wedding cultures? (i.e.: tea ceremony, akad nikah, etc.)

We are familiar with most traditional weddings in Malaysia. So just sit back, relax, and let us handle the rest! If you’re an expatriate with your own wedding customs, we would love to hear more about it!

Do you shoot videos too?

Currently, we only provide photography services. But we have good friends who are also professional videographers that we love to work with!

Do we need to provide you with any details like schedule, venue setup, etc?

Yes! Having your wedding schedule is important as it allows us to organise our time more efficiently and capture all the precious moments you wouldn’t want to miss!

How many photographers will be covering the wedding?

This will depend on the wedding size. We usually prefer to shoot with two photographers so that we can tell a complete story from both sides – the bride and the groom. However, there are times when we do shoot solo. We offer different packages based on your preferences. Get in touch with us!

Do we need to pay extra if our wedding is not in Kuala Lumpur?

We do not charge extra if your wedding is within the Klang Valley region. However, there will be an additional charge for outstation weddings and if an overnight stay is needed.

What if our wedding days are held on separate days?

We do cover weddings that are held on separate days, as some traditional weddings (e.g. Indian weddings) can go up to a week. Just talk to us and we can work out the details!

What additional costs do we have to cover?

This depends on the destination and occasion. We also have packages with all-inclusive flights and accommodation for photographers too! Talk to us and we’ll sort out a perfect plan for your Destination photoshoot.

Who will be responsible for booking the travel arrangements?

Every photoshoot is unique in its own way, and we’re happy to accommodate to your itinerary and plans. Alternatively, we can help you plan out the trip too!

Isn’t it easier to hire a photographer who is already located at the destination of my choosing?

Not necessarily. Hiring photographers from an overseas destination may be more expensive and there’s no initial meet-up before the big day. It’s more difficult to coordinate the details of your proposal or wedding day, as there’s often a prolonged and inconvenience correspondence involved when liaising with people from overseas.

Where else have you done a destination photoshoot before?

Up to date, we’re proud to say that we’ve visited San Francisco, Los Angeles, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Melbourne, Perth, Singapore, Bali, Lombok, Bromo, Flores, ChiangMai, Bangkok, Krabi, Phuket and Myanmar (including Bagan Yangon and Mandalay) with our happy clients.
We definitely hope to add more locations to our list of Destination photoshoot soon! ;)

What’s your family portrait style?

We love a natural style that captures all the candid moments of you and your family. If you have any style preferences (e.g. formal or a themed photoshoot), talk to us and we’ll make it happen!

Do you shoot family portraits in a studio or outdoors?

Currently, most of our Family Portrait sessions are held in our Studio at Centrio, Bangsar South. But if you like it outdoors, we would be more than happy to accommodate!

Do we need to prepare anything before the photoshoot?

Don’t worry, we’ll discuss about the photoshoot preparation with you beforehand.

Are there any limit to the number of family members in a photoshoot?

Our Family Portrait sessions are currently limited to 7 family members. For groups larger than 7, we can discuss about the additional cost and necessary arrangements.

Are you pet-friendly?

Absolutely! We love all kinds of furry friends <3 Feel free to talk to us about any special arrangements for your furkid!
